BlackBerry has released the BlackBerry Hub services for all Android devices running Marshmallow. Also the BB Hub Plus is coming more to Android phones. You must be curious to know as why it is important to have BlackBerry Hub on your Android. Well, the Hub suite can easily handle all your social media accounts and email. Instead of you having to open all your different accounts and emails, you can just access them from the Hub.

What does Blackberry Hub do?

Notifications from apps such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other similar services, can all be viewed using the BlackBerry Hub app. You can even have access to all your different email accounts, be it GMail, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc, from the Hub. As you are already are familiar with Blackberry Hub as a collection of productivity apps such as BlackBerry Inbox, Contacts, Notes, Tasks, and more. The BlackBerry PRIV and the newly announced DTEK50, come with this suite. A BlackBerry launcher is also available in the package.

So you can say that the Hub+ is a collection of BlackBerry productivity tools. The released BlackBerry Hub+ Services for all Android Marshmallow devices now includes its entire Hub suite. Technically Hub+ is a suite of apps that creates a central location of the phone into one unified interface.

Once you download the Hub+ Services app on your Android Marshmallow powered smartphone, you can then download and install the other Hub apps. You’ll get access to BlackBerry Hub, Calendar, and Password Keeper at the start.

So far, the suite of apps is only available for those devices running Android Marshmallow. However, BlackBerry has announced that they will be introducing the suite for Lollipop users in the near future.  A trial version of Hub+ is available to download from the Google Play store via a simple search for “BlackBerry Hub +”.  This trial lasts for 30 days, after which you can use the entire suite for $.99 a month. So you can download the BlackBerry Hub+ Services app from the Google Play Store for free. After download the app, launch the app, select Apps by BlackBerry and download the apps you want to try.

Since Apple iPhone has been launched Blackberry share in the market had dropped drastically. But with its new venture now may be BlackBerry can gain some market share in the ever expanding software and app platform.
